Refund & Returns Policy

At HumNayab, we take pride in crafting every item with love and care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to us at hello@humnayab.com with your order details and concern.

2. Items Eligible for Return

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Gift packaging is non-refundable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at hello@humnayab.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
3. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

Need a different style or item? We’re happy to offer exchanges within 7 days, subject to availability. Email us with your request and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right — with a refund, replacement, or exchange.

7. Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
