All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and we’ll notify you accordingly.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority or Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery
Tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch

3. International Shipping

Shipping time: 7–21 business days
Delays may occur due to customs in your country
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package’s journey.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@humnayab.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

7. Gift Packaging

Yes! If you are sending a gift, simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll wrap your order with extra love at no additional cost.
